Course Overview:
This course introduces participants to the principles and practices of Agile Project Management with a strong focus on the Scrum framework. Designed for professionals seeking to adopt Agile methodologies, it provides the foundational knowledge and practical skills required to manage projects in dynamic environments where flexibility, collaboration, and customer feedback are critical to success.
Participants will explore Agile values and principles, Scrum roles and ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog management, and Agile team dynamics. The course also includes interactive simulations and tools used in Agile environments, preparing learners to participate effectively in Agile teams or lead Agile project initiatives.
