Course Overview
Conflicts in the workplace are inevitable and, if not managed effectively, can lead to reduced morale, productivity losses, and even legal disputes. This course is designed to equip HR professionals, supervisors, team leaders, and managers with practical skills to handle workplace disputes constructively and implement grievance resolution systems that are fair, transparent, and compliant with organizational and legal requirements.
Participants will explore the root causes of workplace conflicts, techniques for de-escalation, and frameworks for formal and informal grievance resolution.
