The course explores donor procurement principles, grant lifecycle management, documentation requirements, and audit readiness. Participants will learn how to apply specific procurement methods (e.g., RFPs, RFQs, shopping, ICB/NCB), manage contracts, and ensure financial and regulatory compliance throughout the project cycle.
