Agribusiness Management Training 2026

Duration: 5 Days

Location: Nairobi

Course Overview

This course teaches you how to plan, manage, and grow a profitable agribusiness. You will cover the full agricultural value chain, from production planning and input sourcing to marketing, financial management, and investment readiness.

Agriculture is a business. Yet many farmers and agricultural enterprises lack the tools to manage costs, access markets, or attract finance. This course fills that gap. You will learn to apply practical business principles to real agricultural enterprises, including cooperatives, smallholder operations, and rural ventures.

Sessions are hands-on and built around real agribusiness scenarios. Special focus is given to inclusive business models that engage youth, women, and smallholder producers. You will leave with a bankable business plan and the skills to support enterprise growth in competitive markets.
