Aligning Monitoring and Evaluation with Organizational Strategy and KPIs

Training Course on Aligning Monitoring and Evaluation with Organizational Strategy and KPIs

Duration: 5 Days

Location: Nairobi

Course Overview
Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) functions are most effective when tightly integrated with an organization’s strategic priorities and performance frameworks. This course is designed to help M&E professionals and organizational leaders bridge the gap between high-level strategic planning and operational M&E systems by aligning indicators, targets, and data systems with institutional goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Participants will learn to translate strategic objectives into measurable results, integrate M&E into results-based management (RBM) systems, and ensure that KPIs accurately track progress toward desired outcomes. The course blends technical skills in indicator development and data analysis with strategic thinking, stakeholder alignment, and performance reporting.
Through real-world case studies and interactive tools, participants will gain practical skills to enhance organizational accountability, performance tracking, and strategic decision-making.
