Participants will learn how to develop business continuity frameworks, identify critical operations and risks, perform business impact analyses, and implement mitigation strategies that ensure operational recovery and organizational resilience.
Through simulations, real-life case studies, and hands-on planning exercises, participants will be guided to create customized continuity and risk management plans aligned with international standards such as ISO 22301 and COSO ERM frameworks. •Estimating Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPO)

Module 4: Developing the Business Continuity Plan
