Course Overview

Every organization faces disruption. Cyberattacks, natural disasters, supply chain failures, and financial crises can hit at any time. What separates organizations that survive from those that don’t is preparation. This course gives you the tools to prepare.

You will learn how to build a business continuity framework from the ground up, identify your critical operations and their vulnerabilities, conduct business impact analyses, and create recovery plans that work under real pressure. The course also covers enterprise risk management, so you can identify, assess, and reduce risks before they become crises.

Sessions follow international standards including ISO 22301 and the COSO ERM framework. You will work through simulations, real disruption case studies, and hands-on planning exercises. By the end, you will have a customized continuity and risk management plan ready to implement in your organization.
