Training Course on Results-Based Management (RBM) for Food Security Projects
Duration: 5 Days
Location: Nairobi
Course Overview
Achieving measurable and sustainable results in food security projects requires a clear focus on outcomes, accountability, and evidence-based decision-making. Results-Based Management (RBM) offers a strategic and structured approach to planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating development programs with a results-oriented lens.
This course provides participants with comprehensive knowledge and practical tools to apply RBM in the design and execution of food security, agriculture, and nutrition programs. It emphasizes the use of results frameworks, performance indicators, monitoring systems, and adaptive learning mechanisms to enhance project impact.
Through real-world scenarios and interactive learning, participants will gain the skills to develop logical frameworks, align project activities with expected results, and ensure that interventions deliver meaningful improvements in food security outcomes.
